We are Craig and Zsofia Popplewell, the dynamic husband-and-wife team behind Coastal Prestige Property Management. With over a decade of combined experience in property, hospitality, legal compliance, and construction, we are passionate about providing a complete, hands-on management experience that values transparency, professionalism, and a strong sense of community.
Zsofia brings with her a legal background, having practiced law in Hungary before transitioning into property management. With over 130 properties under her care and the honour of being named Queensland’s Most Trusted Property Manager in 2024, she’s known for her deep knowledge of legislation, efficiency, and commitment to excellence.
Craig, a qualified builder, ensures every property under our care is maintained to the highest standard. From preventative maintenance to repairs and landscaping, Craig’s hands-on expertise gives our clients real peace of mind.
